May 2021 Mood Board

May 1, 2021

My moodboard for May 2021 is all about dreams and green. This month, we remain in lockdown, watching the world open up around us. Yet hope is in the air; everywhere you look, the trees are suddenly green and there are blooms and flowers everywhere. I received my first vaccine dose today, and have a date secured for my second. Suddenly, booking a trip doesn’t feel like something to look forward to someday, but rather something to look forward to in September. So for a few more weeks, I’m embracing the best parts of lockdown: time to read magazines and source inspiration, buy fresh produce and cook at home, sleep in and eat Sunday pancakes. Because once restaurants reopen and travel restrictions are lifted, I don’t think I’ll ever be home again.
