my solo trips are some of the most treasured times of my life. quiet mornings with coffee, open days to explore a new city with no one to answer to. time to think, to seek inspiration, to remember I already have everything I need within me. and then to come home to the people and life I love feeling renewed and rebalanced.

if you find yourself on the left bank of Paris with une demi-heure to spare, might I suggest a little visit to @fondation_giacometti. a small, elegant museum that feels worlds away and blissfully under-visited, with beautiful interiors only surpassed by the stark poetry of his work. it’s a space of stillness amidst the rhythm of the city and I can’t wait to return.

Shopping: Adam Lippes, Carolina Herrera, Kassatly’s, Aerin, Jennifer Miller, Church Mouse (/ any thrift store in the area honestly - I just posted an entire video about that on the Other App™️), Shop Cou, Palm Beach Book Store
You can (and will) likely go to Royal Poinciana Plaza but if I’m being honest, the energy here felt super dark to me every time I dropped by this month. Still, worth popping into La Ligne, Hill House Home, Lingua Franca, Marissa Collections, Jenni Kayne, LoveShackFancy, Staud…

Dining: Palm Beach Grill, La Goulue, Morton’s Happy Hour (could anything be better than sitting at the bar, splitting their enormous smashburger sliders with a dirty martini with hand-stuffed blue cheese olives?), Le Bilboquet, Seafood Bar and Flagler Steakhouse the the Breakers, Taboo, Renato’s
Many other great spots but these are my favs - DM me for my full list

Lunch: Green’s Pharmacy or Surf Side Diner for the casual lunches I grew up on, Pizza Al Fresco or any of the restaurants along the vias for something while shopping

Other: @aioliwpb in West Palm for baked goods and breakfast sandwiches (prepare to end up going multi days in a row), @thechikmonk for iced lattes, trivia night or any of the fun pop ups at The Colony Hotel, cocktails at HMF, Publix - the best grocery store in the world, Sprinkles Ice Cream - a classic for a reason, the gardens at Society of the Four Arts, walk along the bike path, @lorijaynepalmbeach for truly anything monogrammed, Hamptons Fine Wines
