Sitting at a vintage vanity and setting new intentions, while reflecting on what has served me at the start of this new year. I have always loved February. Between...

Putting on anything besides sweatpants feels like a pretty grand occasion these days. At the start of lockdown, I was very into the #DressUpFriday and #DressUpToCheerUp challenges, but they’ve since curtailed off to...
If there was ever an outfit to define my style at this current moment in time, it’s this. Blazer, great jeans, ass-kicking boots, and some gold jewellery. Not rewriting...
Leaning in to all things neutral, cozy and luxe this January. From too many cups of coffee, to zen kitchens, chunky boots and grazing dinners of cheese nuts and olives, this month’s mood board is a direct reflection of where my head is at. In these bizarre times, I love repeating this mantra: Eyes Open, Mind Open, Heart Open. Let’s not let 2020 feel like a waste of a year, as some have been saying. There is always the opportunity to learn and expand ourselves. The neutral theme is reflected in my wishlist for the month, too. I’m drawn...
Perched here in my beloved Olivia Rubin Frankie cardigan and truly reeling about where things were nearly one year ago… My mother was in Palm Beach when I received...
From couture feather robes to garland-lined stairs, winter whites and monochrome holiday decor, my December 2020 Moodboard feels neutral, muted, and cozy – just like the holidays this year. We’re all expecting a bit of a different holiday season, I know. Celebrations are smaller, there feels less of a reason to decorate, and certainly no occasion to dress up. Instead, I’ll mirror Anine Bing and throw a luxe coat over my loungewear. And why not allow myself an extra croissant if I feel like it and another coffee, too? Finally, I’m trading my traditional Boxing Day trek to shop...
I’d been Insta-stalking the most picturesque place in PEC for months before we went there – the CAPE is truly like a little bit of history in the County. Each room is different, with vintage chandeliers, big bay windows, and arched doorways. It is a vintage interior lover’s dream. I know that as an event venue, like most businesses in the wedding and event industries, it was hit pretty hard by the ongoing pandemic. At the end of the summer, they opened up their individual rooms for booking overnight stays. What a way to pivot in difficult times! It’s...
While there is certainly a time and a place for Black Friday shopping (after months of Zoom calls, my AirPods have had it) for the most part, I’m choosing...
I’ve been going on weekend jaunts to Prince Edward County for about a decade now, and the biggest question I get asked is “Where to Stay?”. Every year, my...
I’m calling it: Eliza Faulkner’s Grace is truly the most charming dress I own. It’s the perfect oversized, tiered, pink confection, complete with puffed sleeves and bow details. And did I mention it’s both sustainably- and Canadian-made? I’m not sure it gets much better than that. As an added bonus, it certainly is a conversation starter. It’s no secret that I love this designer. Her pieces aren’t inexpensive, or even necessarily practical, but they’re like little dreamy pieces of art. Nothing makes me happier than seeing them hanging in my closet, even if I have nowhere to wear them...
